Tereza Tížková
AI growth and developer education practitioner whose software factory argument extends autonomy beyond coding to the whole development lifecycle.
Tereza Tížková works in growth and developer education around AI agents. She announced joining Factory in a growth role on June 4, 2026, after working as E2B’s first hire and founding member. At the 2026 AI Engineer World’s Fair, she argued that software factories should encompass the whole development lifecycle, including feedback, prioritization and orchestration.[5][3][1]
Autonomy across the software lifecycle
Tížková defined a software factory as “the whole loop, the whole lifecycle of developing software with autonomy.” In Richard MacManus’s July 1, 2026 account of her presentation, her emphasis extended beyond generating code: autonomous development also involves collecting signals, responding to user feedback and logs, prioritizing what matters, and orchestrating the work. Her framing makes those activities part of the software factory itself.[1]
Choosing Factory: positioning, ownership and scaling
In her Factory joining announcement, Tížková explained that she wanted to learn a later stage of scaling after working at E2B from its beginnings until after Series A. She saw Factory’s comparatively low visibility as an opportunity for her growth work and valued its clear product strategy and positioning. She contrasted that clarity with companies that merely want to “get more views” or pursue the wrong growth metrics.[4]
She also reported receiving ownership of her projects from day one and identified talking to users as a continuing personal goal. Her interest in agents was practical as well as professional: she said she used Factory’s Droids to automate marketing, design and research, while the role let her stay close to developments in agents, harnesses and agentic infrastructure.[4]
Before Factory, her work at E2B centered on introducing developers to AI infrastructure through content, education, community and product positioning.[3]
Earlier work at E2B
Her personal career account dates her E2B work to June 2023 and describes building its content, developer relations and community from zero. She credits her growth work with shaping product positioning, running partnerships with Groq, Mistral and LangChain, and managing launches and campaigns.[3]
That work included co-creating and teaching DeepLearning.AI’s “Building Coding Agents with Tool Execution” with Andrew Ng’s team, according to her career account. She also organized AI hackathons, including E2B’s first Prague hackathon and code-interpreting events in San Francisco with partners such as Fireworks AI. These were concrete parts of her developer education and community work alongside marketing.[3]
