Diane Penn, identified as Dianne Penn by Anthropic and Lenny’s Podcast, works in AI product development. In July 2026, she was Head of Product for Anthropic’s AI Research and Labs teams. Her contributions include helping ship Claude models and helping incubate Claude Code, MCP, Skills, computer use, tool use, and reasoning.[2][3]
